Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic is a proud partner with AllyDVM and we are excited to introduce our new app, Pet Page! Pet Page is the perfect way for clients to view their pets information, update information, request appointments, request refills, and message the clinic directly! Pet Page ensures clients get a speedy response with SMS messaging, and gives information on recommended clinics for after hours emergencies. The app is completely customizable and can provide personal reminders for administering or refilling medications. All in all, the Pet Page app has your back in keeping your pets healthy and happy.
Communications
With the Pet Page app clients are free to chat with our staff using E-mail or SMS messaging. The great thing about this is that there is minimal wait time to receive a response! With this app we hope to be more equipped to satisfy the needs of our customers, even when you aren't here!
Appointment Requests
Pet Page is now featuring an appointment request tool, where clients can request an appointment any time of day! The request section provides a quick questionnaire about what kind of appointment you need, and lets you add comments which are then instantly sent to the staff to respond accordingly.
Refill Requests
Pet Page has many useful functions, one of which being the Refill Requests section. The Refill Requests section is very similar to the Appointment Requests section. After filling out the Refill Requests form, the information is instantly sent to the staff here at Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic where we can accept or deny the request. Please remember that prescriptions can only be filled if your pet is up to date on their yearly exam and any required bloodwork has been completed.
Appointment Reminders
In addition to all the other great things the Pet Page app offers, it also sends out appointment reminders the day before your exam! There's no more reason for pesky reminder phone calls when Pet Page will send you a reminder text message and email where you can confirm that you will be at your appointment. Confirming your appointment is helpful for our staff, so we can be fully prepared for your appointment the next day.
Educational Articles
Pet Page provides users with monthly educational articles that are curated based on what pets are in your household, ensuring that you get the information that will aid you in taking care of your pets! The educational articles can be found in the Pet Page app, within the "Care Insights" section. Any feedback about the educational articles is greatly appreciated by the team here at Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic!
