Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic Stay Well Program For Canine Pets
The Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic is pleased to continue serving our clients by offering Stay Well Programs. The goal behind the program is to take better care of our patients. How do we do that? When a pet is part of the program they receive FREE exams while on the program. This means if you are concerned about your pet and you are not sure if they are sick, you can bring them in for an exam and the exam is FREE. In this way we hope to catch problems earlier and keep your pet healthier and help them lead a longer life.
What does the program do? Well aside from FREE exams, the program includes the following depending on the package that is chosen.
Package for Puppies (duration of 1 year)
For Male Dogs the cost for this program is
$2092.50
For Female Dogs the cost for this program is
$2321.00
This package includes all the vaccines that the puppy needs for the first year of life. It includes a Heartworm test at 6 months of age, two fecal float checks to look for parasites. It also includes twelve months of Flea, Tick, and Heartworm preventatives. Lastly, but certainly not least, it includes the spay or the neuter as well as the bloodwork, IV catheter, IV fluids, and post-operative pain control that the puppy will need at the time of the spay/neuter. Emergency Exams, procedures, treatments, additional medications and taxes are not included.
For example, the cost for a male puppy that weighed 45lbs, was neutered and received three wellness exams and everything listed above included the cost would be about $2195. That is a savings of at least $100 and that is not including any other FREE exams beyond the three.
Package is the Dog Stay Well Program - Basic Membership (1 year duration)
The cost for a year is
$926.75
Compare this to a dog weighing 55lbs getting everything listed above and TWO exams a year, the cost would be over $1097! A savings of approximately $200 and that is not including any other FREE exams beyond the two.
Package is the Dog Stay Well Program - Premium Membership (1 year duration)
The cost for a year is
$1150.50
Compare this to the cost of everything listed above on a 10 lb cat, the cost would be about $1079! A savings of approximately $185 and, again, that is not including the other FREE exams.
