Read What Our Clients Say

  • "Staff was awesome tonight and on point. I walked in with my dog who had multiple seizures, they saw me right away and helped. Shawn was great along with his techs. They did everything in their power to make my dog feel better, hoping the treatments work. Thank you again."
    Matt Atkins
  • "We moved from New Mexico 2 years ago, and with our family came a bird and a dog. We opted to see Dr. Hook because of his specialization in birds, and he is terrific with ours. The best experiences with Arbor Ridge and Doctor Hook have been with our dog. She comes with many health issues, including incontinence and hip dysplasia. Dr. Hook jumped in and took over her care. She has also experienced stomach and ear infections since being here, and he always finds the problems and treats them. Besides that, my pets LOVE him too!"
    Laura Esbe
  • "Have brought my hedgehog here for a few visits, was very impressed with the care and follow up. Great place for exotics and great standard of care."
    Rebecca Mongeon
  • "Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic is great. My 4 guinea pigs and bunny saw Dr. Hook throughout their lives and he took wonderful care of them, including a few operations they needed. There was great follow up care and pain management. One of my favorite things is they have ultrasound, so you don't have to go to an ER, and in house lab, so you don't have to wait a couple of days for results, like some vets. Also, as a response to some other reviews, vets no longer treat your pet as a black box and send you home with medicine that may or may not work, with sometimes disastrous results. Instead, since they have ability to detect what's wrong through tests. So yes they cost money, but you're sure you're getting the right treatment for your pet. I can't recommend Dr. Hook enough for bunnies and guinea pigs."
    Scarlet Sparrow
  • "The team at Arbor Ridge was the most caring and courteous team of veterinarians I have ever met. They were so gentle with my chinchilla Marshmallow (the greatest little guy ever) and were upfront with all options, costs and procedures as they diagnosed him. I cannot thank them enough."
